i had such a blast. they had beach assistants. eryn was really kind and thoughtful during my first time, i mean, customer service was excellent! i loved how everyone was ready to make me comfortable with chairs. i could get food and drinks easily. it was really good.
the pool seemed really chaotic, and they do not provide enough chairs unless the whole group is there. i hated it, they constantly police the chairs and put signs. they said, they will take them away if someone does not return by a certain time, can you believe it?

the hotel's location allows easy access to nearby attractions. ocean drive, española way, and lincoln road are just steps away. i could not believe it, everything was close.

the location was acceptable.
The room was somewhat disappointing. It felt quite dated. the furniture seemed worn, and the overall ambiance lacked the fresh feel i expected. housekeeping was inconsistent. One day the room was super clean, but the next, only the beds were made.

johan at the beach was very attentive he gave me all the information i needed for a wonderful vacation. he made sure i was comfortable and the beach was clean. eryn was also excellent she provided the best customer service i have experienced.

The room was small. it did not match the price point i paid. i found the valet parking fee excessive. Sixty dollars each night seemed like a rip-off. complimentary water was only supplied on the first day, this was not good.

aaron on the beach was super helpful. he gave amazing recommendations for wynnwood. he wore a smile always and set up six beach chairs for our group!
the valet parking felt quite overpriced, at $60 per night it seemed excessive.

the location was acceptable, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
the room was not clean. i noticed the floor was visibly dirty. walking barefoot for a few minutes resulted in my feet becoming completely black. also, there was a thick layer of dust on the pictures above the bed, showing a lack of proper cleaning. i found these things very disappointing.
